David Waters Endowed Scholarship Fund
Scholarship awarded annually to San Jacinto College students majoring in cosmetology or a related program of study.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be enrolled in cosmetology or a supporting program.
- Be enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours.
- Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
