Gopal V. Savjani Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Gopal V. Savjani Endowed Scholarship was established by Rajen Savjani and Anish Savjani in honor of Gopal V. Savjani. This scholarship supports academically accomplished San Jacinto College students who demonstrate a commitment to educational excellence and multilingual communication skills.

The scholarship is designed to assist full-time students attending the South Campus or enrolled in Biotechnology programs. By recognizing students who excel academically and possess proficiency in two or more languages, the scholarship celebrates the value of education, cultural awareness, and global engagement.

This scholarship is awarded annually and recipients are selected by the Foundation based on established guidelines and the following criteria:

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
• Full-time enrollment status
• Enrollment in courses at San Jacinto College South Campus or in a Biotechnology program
• Demonstrated reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in two (2) or more languages
