Captain Bobby C. Kersey Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship for students majoring in the Maritime program; with other fields of study a consideration. Scholarship based on both academic merit and financial need. Contingent upon interest earnings, up to two (2) $500 scholarship per academic year. Awarded for the fall semester.

*Eligibility Criteria *

• Open to all majors with preferences given to Maritime Transportation AAS degree students.
• Minimum enrollment in six (6) credit hours with preference given to full-time students.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Preference will be given to applicants who are related to a Houston Boatman.
